We Provide Speech, Occupational, and Feeding Services in Schools
Garden State Speech Therapy is proud to be a New Jersey state-approved provider for Speech, Occupational, and Feeding Therapy services. We offer contracted school-based services for school districts in Bergen and Passaic counties. We provide on-demand evaluation services and fulfill on-going staffing needs on an annual basis.
Our team of highly qualified, experienced, New Jersey school-certified therapists provide the following services:
Individual and group therapy
Evaluations/re-evaluations
Attendance at IEP meetings, 504 plan meetings, and other multidisciplinary team meetings to provide input and support for students receiving therapy services.
Comprehensive documentation of assessment findings, therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with school, state, and federal regulations.
Generation of progress reports and updates to share with parents, school staff, and other stakeholders regarding students' therapy goals and achievements.
Regular communication with school administrators, teachers, special education staff, and other relevant personnel to discuss students' progress, goals, and needs.
Consultation with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide strategies for supporting students' speech and language goals in the classroom.
