Erica understands the need for a personal approach to therapy as no two clients ever present the same exact way. She utilizes an evidenced based practice to therapy and refers to the various trainings (PROMPT, SOS Approach to Feeding, TEACCH, Nancy Kaufman Motor Speech Disorders, DIR Floortime, PECS, etc.) in order to create a customized treatment plan to best meet the individual needs of each client and their family.
